We are thrilled to announce that our Department Head, Dr. Christine Friedenreich, has recently been awarded the O. Harold Warwick Prize by the Canadian Cancer Society!! Every year, the Canadian Cancer Society gives out Awards for Excellence that honour exceptional men and women who have made a significant contribution to cancer research in Canada. The O. Harold Warwick Prize is given to a Scientist whose research has had a major impact on cancer control in Canada. Congratulations to Dr. Friedenreich for this tremendous achievement!!
