Please join us in welcoming Momtafin Khan as a second Epidemiology Research Associate joining our department in 2022. Momtafin is currently completing a MSc in Epidemiology at Queen’s University under the supervision of Dr. Will King studying the effect of solar UV radiation on prostate cancer risk and the role of being over-weight or obese. Before doing graduate training, Momtafin completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences with Honors at the University of Ottawa. Momtafin begins her position with us on August 29, 2022 after she completes and defends her MSc thesis and moves to Calgary.
