The Adolescents and Young Adults becoming Physically Active after Cancer Trial (AYA-PACT) is a randomized controlled exercise intervention. The study is recruiting 320 AYA cancer survivors living in Alberta to see if a home-based mobile health (mHealth) physical activity intervention can increase moderate-vigorous physical activity levels by 90 minutes per week among AYA cancer survivors compared to AYA cancer survivors who receive the current standard of care.

The study will also examine the effects of physical activity on sedentary and sleep behaviors, physical fitness, frailty and psychosocial health along with exploring barriers and facilitators of physical activity in AYA cancer survivors.
