A major milestone was reached in December 2022 when PCL Construction officially handed the completed building over to AHS! AHS has now started moving equipment and staff into the centre in preparation for opening to the public in early 2024. There are currently approximately 100 AHS staff members working in the new cancer centre, with further groups moving in over the coming year. No official move-in date has been released for the Research groups yet, but one estimate is Fall 2023. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
