Congratulations to Monica Ghebrial on completing her B.H.Sc. Degree in April from the University of Calgary and for being accepted into the Medical College at the University of Manitoba, starting her M.D. program this summer. Monica worked as a summer student in 2018 with Dr. Nigel Brockton and was supervised by Nigel and Karen for her third – year research project and four year honor’s thesis. Monica is currently working with Karen on the Determinants of Cancer Stage at Diagnosis project from her home in Brandon, Manitoba.
